What Information Do We Collect?
Your privacy is our top priority. Mortgage Training Concepts will collect your personal information such as your full name, address, phone numbers, email address, mortgage license information and place of employment. We will also collect payment information such as your credit card number.
What We Do With Your Information
We will use this information to send you marketing materials, update licensing information with the State in which you hold your license and bookkeeping purposes. We do not and will not sell or lease our customer information to any outside parties for any reason.
Your credit card number is NOT retained in our database; it is transmitted encrypted to the bank during the transaction then we immediately discard it. In the case of mailed-in or faxed-in forms, we never capture check or credit card information into our permanent database. The information is processed and immediately shredded. In no case is your personal information ever shared, sold, given or otherwise exposed to anyone outside of Mortgage Training Concepts. We consider treatment of your information a serious matter, and protect your privacy at all times.

Our Refund Policy & Disclaimer

Notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to the start of each class. A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of the registration fee. A "no-show" or non-notification will result in the loss of the entire amount of the registration fee.
Mortgage Training Concepts also reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances as we deem necessary. We may cancel classes up to 2 days before the date of the class. In this case, 100% refunds will be made to all registrants.
All refunds will be made by check or credit and will be processed within 2 weeks of cancellation.
This disclaimer is specifically for any required pre-licensing education approved by the NMLS classes. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT solely rely on this class to pass the federal or state component exams. You must read, study and research on your own in order to gain more perspective on the topics presented. Though we strive to give you the most comprehensive information relevant to the exam, it is incumbent upon you to gather information to ensure complete understanding of the basic concepts taught in class.
There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS to those who do not pass the exam - no exceptions.
