| | Your user name and password will be emailed to you along with a link to our Learning Management System

| | Click on the link to our Learning Management System, enter your user name and password
|
| | Go to the "Resources" Tab and download the participant manual (243 pages, PDF file)
|
| | Read the material in its entirety
|
| | When you are ready to take the online exam, go to the "My Training" Tab and launch the exam
|
| | Enter your email address. Start the exam.
|
| | Read each question carefully and click submit after you have answered each question. Please note that you | | | will have a maximum of 2 attempts to get the correct answer
|
| | Click submit at the end of the exam and your grade will be emailed to you within 10-15 minutes
|
| | You may print your Certificate of Completion by going to the "Transcripts" Tab
|
| | If you need to re-take the exam, please email us and we will issue you a new user ID and password
|
| | You have the option of opening the Word document to the right to access the exam if you have trouble | | | accessing the online exam -- open the document, enter your answers, save to your hard-drive and email to us
