Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to the start of each class. A $50.00 administrative fee will be
deducted from the amount of the registration fee. A "no-show" or non-notification will result in the loss of the entire
amount of the registration fee.
Mortgage Training Concepts also reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other unforeseen
circumstances as we deem necessary. We may cancel classes up to 2 days before the date of the class. In this
case, 100% refunds will be made to all registrants.
All refunds will be made by check or credit and will be processed within 2 weeks of cancellation.

required initial pre-licensing education class. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT solely rely on this class to
